1. General provisions
This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to https://c-b-gk.com is processed and protected. The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Gleb S. Kirenkov, Tax ID 027810639908, OGRNIP 324028000056540.
The Operator processes personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data and other applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
2. Data that may be processed
- technical information transmitted when the site is accessed, including IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, requested page and security logs;
- with permission for analytics, visited pages, contact-link clicks, browser technical data and Yandex Metrica identifiers in cookies and local storage;
- name, contact details, task information and materials voluntarily sent through the communication channels listed on the site;
- other information voluntarily provided during subsequent communication with the Operator.
3. Purposes of processing
- operating and securing the site;
- understanding which pages visitors use and which links lead to contact, where analytics has been allowed;
- responding to an enquiry and discussing a possible project;
- preparing, entering into and performing agreements;
- meeting legal obligations.
4. Grounds and methods
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, the need to enter into or perform an agreement, the Operator’s legitimate interest in site security, or another legal ground.
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, granting access, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated tools.
5. Disclosure and retention
Technical and communication providers may be used to operate the site and communicate with users. They receive only the data required to provide the relevant service. When a user follows a link to an external service, further processing is also governed by that service’s rules.
Data is retained only for as long as required by the processing purpose or applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Site analytics
The site may use Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) to count page views and contact-link clicks. Its code loads only after a visitor chooses Allow in the analytics settings. Session replay and field recording are off; enquiry contents are not sent to Metrica.
If a visitor declines, the Metrica code is not loaded. The choice can be changed on this page through Analytics settings. After permission is withdrawn, no new data is sent; previously collected data is processed under Yandex Metrica's rules.
7. User rights
Users may request information about processing, ask for their data to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
