Coloured concrete ashtrays
For Gleb Kostin Solutions, we produced an edition of concrete ashtrays shaped after the brand logo. The series was made in three colours, with pigment mixed through the concrete mass.

The logo as form
The graphic mark became the plan of the object rather than decoration applied to its surface. The logo contour defined the outer silhouette, internal recesses and functional areas of the ashtray.
Preparing an edition
The series required the recognisable geometry to remain consistent across every piece. A production mould translated the mark into a repeatable concrete object.
Three colours
The ashtrays were produced in three colours. Different tones changed the perception of one geometry while preserving the identity of the edition.
Coloured through the mass
Pigment was mixed directly into the concrete, so colour belonged to the entire material volume. This preserved the integrity of the object instead of turning its surface into a separate coating.
This project shows how a graphic mark becomes tactile when colour belongs to the material instead of sitting on its surface. The identity acquired mass, weight and the trace of manual production.
From Concept to an original object
If you need furniture, décor or an original design object for a space or brand, I can help define the task, find its precise form and prepare the project for realisation.
