Choosing the tool
An answer grounded in sources, an employee assistant and an agent allowed to act are different products. An agent is unnecessary when search or ordinary automation is enough. The workflow determines the choice.
A pilot
Use a bounded task and a set of examples, including errors and exceptions. Before integration, define acceptable results, stopping conditions and who takes over. A persuasive answer does not establish that it is correct.
Data and actions
Agree access rights, permitted sources, information storage, action logs and human confirmation for significant operations. Usage and support costs depend on workload and services; they belong in the project scope.
What you receive
A tested workflow, documented sources and access rights, quality criteria and control rules. The system has clear limits on its actions and a route for handing work to a person.
Start a dialogue
Describe one process, its participants and an outcome you can verify. Do not send secrets or confidential documents in the initial message. See Dialogue for working formats.
